This project involved the construction of a new greenfield Transit service and maintenance building in Fort McMurray, Alberta. ICON was involved with this project from inception and assisted the mechanical consultant with plumbing layouts and equipment selections ensuring that the client’s schedule was kept on track. One of the more unique aspects of the building is the over 1,700 feet of extra heavy duty trench drain that was installed, not an easy task, but our team accomplished it much to the delight of the client.
