This project was a replacement school being built on the same property as the operating school which presented unique coordination issues for construction. The IPD team successfully communicated with the operating schools and surrounding community, to minimize the impact of road and field closures for significant equipment deliveries. The result of this project was a unique modern school, designed and built to integrate with the mature neighbourhood, which was received very well by all stakeholders.
